Notes to read before approving the request:
About the pacifier:
1/ When writing an Arabic name and choosing an English font, the Arabic font will be selected by the team, and vice versa. Therefore, the appropriate font type should be chosen according to the selected language. Name in Arabic = Type of Arabic font. Name in English = Type of English font.
2/ Writing the name on the pacifier appears larger when the name is short like Fahad or Faisal, and appears smaller when the name is long like Abdulaziz or Abdulmajid. Additionally, the font style will determine the name's look.
3/ The method of drawing each letter is displayed with pictures on the website to clarify the way to draw the letter, making the visualization of writing clearer.
4/ The shadda and elongation of letters (like إلين and إلين) do not appear in all types of fonts, even if they were written by the client or are present in Instagram photos.
5/ Names consist of letters only, and numbers or symbols will not be accepted. / *- etc.) even if it has been written.
6/ The writing on the pacifier, pacifier cover, pacifier box, or bottle should be in a single gray color, and the shade of the color varies from one pacifier to another and cannot be specified.
7/ The writing on the pacifier should not be too clear on dark-colored pacifiers; it depends on their color.
8/ The product box is opened if a name is requested to be written.
About delivery:
9/ In case there is a lack of information or details regarding the order, whether it be the product or the address, the team will not ship the order until they confirm with the customer and inquire from them, which may delay the delivery of the order beyond the agreed-upon time.
10/ The name of the neighborhood and street (in the shipping address) must be written in full to avoid delivery delays, as well as the correct email and mobile number to receive shipping updates, noting that the store cannot update this information.
11/ Delivery days are within a certain period depending on the type of delivery; regular delivery is within 3-7 working days. And the mentioned working days are from Sunday to Thursday.
12/ The Redbox pickup will be within 4-7 days, and the customer will collect the shipment from one of the Redbox pickup points spread across the Kingdom. The pickup point will be determined by the customer via email from Redbox.
13/ In case of a delay in the shipment's arrival, please contact the shipping company using the tracking number sent in the email, as the store is not responsible for expediting or hastening the shipping process.
14/ If the customer does not reply to the delivery company during delivery or fails to pick up the shipment from RedBox, it will be returned to the store warehouse within 10 to 30 days, and the customer will be responsible for paying for the reshipping.
15/ All orders placed before 12 PM are shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 12 PM are shipped on the next business day, noting that business days are from Sunday to Thursday.

17/ Inquiries related to our store are answered during working hours. For inquiries or requests received outside of working hours, we will address them starting from the next working day.
18/ No product that contains customization can be returned or exchanged.
